news and finance. The company is taking prospective customer pre-registration
details at www.three.co.uk, where prospective customers can explore
a 'sneak preview' of what will be on offer, fill out an online questionnaire
to define their personal preferences and register with 3
to receive progress updates. Nick Wood, The Link
Managing Director, comments: "The Link's strength is in offering
expert advice on new technologies, so becoming an official distributor
for 3 fits our profile perfectly. Our customers,
and visitors to our Futurelook website are very keen to know what 3G
will offer. We're delighted 3 are giving
us the opportunity to showcase their services on the High Street, and
we're looking forward to taking this next step in partnership with
them." John Barton, sales director at 3,
said: "The Link are a very important partner for all of us at
3. They have an informed understanding of
mass-market consumers, they have a proven and trusted knowledge of
the mobile sector and they share our passion for the potential of third-generation
mobile multimedia and communications services. We'll be working together
very closely in the future." The Link www.three.co.uk |
